THE NEIGHBORHOODS AT WALDEN'S VIEW

I would not put a dog in this place! Filthy dirty, the hallways smell like urine and the food is awful. Staff is very difficult to understand and sometimes they don’t understand what you’re saying!!?? How is a resident supposed to communicate with the staff?? Don’t waste your time or money at this place. Looks lovely when looking at pictures on line, however those pictures are very deceptive and we’re taken years ago. Avoid this place at all costs!! If I could rate it a negative 5, I would. This is my review of the Personal care bldg

The decision to place my brother in a facility was a hard one, harder still was where? After a short yet sincere visit with Rob I knew Walden’s View was the landing spot. So THANK YOU Rob and your entire staff for softening the blow. I appreciate you all. Damian Teslevich and family

Leigh ( Admissions) is an expert regarding senior living. She understands the needs of both a new resident and their family. Additionally, She and the team at Waldens' View are excellent with early and advancing Dementia. They are great business partners, and provide great care, at a more affordable rate. Thank you team W. Not sure where to start. From the intact process to care we know this is exactly where God has placed our parents. Ashley is exceptional! She takes the time to get to know her patients and recognizes the “normal” behaviors and those that are a sign of an issue. She is excellent at keeping us updated on all fronts. Vanel and Woods are so attentive and very professional. We appreciate how they treat our parents with sensitive issues. They always provide comforting voice letting us know they are in good hands. House keeping does a great job maintaining the common areas and private rooms. We feel truly blessed by our extended Walden’s View Family.

My family has had a positive experience with Walden's View of North Huntingdon. the facility is clean, well maintained, and has a calm environment. The staff members are generally attentive and respectful, and they've taken the time to get to know the residents, which is much appreciated. Communication with the nursing staff and administration has been reliable, and they've made an effort to keep us updated on any changes or concerns. like any care facility, there have been occasional challenges, but overall we feel our loved one is in a safe and supportive place. We're thankful to have a facility like this nearby and would recommend it to others looking for memory care or assisted living options in the area.
