THE PATHWAYS AT WARRINGTON

My father recently moved into Pathways. I feel confident knowing he’s being well taken care of. The staff has made him feel welcome and they appear to truly care and enjoy their work. Thankful we came here.

My Mom had been at Pathways for over 2 years and the staff have always been so good to her. She unfortunately passed away 10 days ago, Nurse Esther kept in touch with me concerning the changes she was going through, it was so nice to know how much concern and love was given to her. Also, Mary Grace was there to provide any assistance needed concerning other personal issues. As a healthcare provider who works closely with various assisted living communities, I have been consistently impressed with the quality of care and professionalism at the pathways. The staff demonstrates excellent clinical judgment, compassion, and respect for residents’ dignity. Communication with families and outside providers is timely and thorough, which is critical for continuity of care. The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming, with activities that promote both physical and emotional well-being.

The Pathways at Warrington memory care center has been the best decision for our family. They provide excellent, professional & compassionate care. There are many well-run activities daily. Everything is organized wonderfully and our Mom always looks well cared for when we stop and see her. Michele, Lisa, Eileen, Sonya, Ruth and all the others are awesome! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Pathways at Warrington. Pathways is a remarkable community with caring, loving and compassionate staff. The entire staff accommodates the needs of each resident and does so with respect and love towards the residents. Our dad was a resident for two years and the administration and staff were all involved in the changing levels of care that he required in Personal Care and Memory Care. The facility is very clean and designed to be a peaceful, safe environment for everyone. The Directors of Nursing and the Director of Health Services were very responsive to our requests, phone calls or text messages 24/7. They are very visible throughout the facility and interacted on a daily basis with all of the residents. We developed a wonderful relationship with the nurses and staff and we were comforted to know that our dad was receiving good care from such a loving group of nurses. As our dad’s health declined, we were able to keep him in his familiar surroundings without moving him to another facility. We were very thankful for this. We can’t say enough good things about the wonderful nurses and staff!! Thank you!
