The Pointe at Lifespring

The Pointe at Lifespring provides exceptional care and treats residents with love and compassion. We are so grateful for the memory care staff showing kindness and love to our aunt. They maintain a clean and safe environment that provides peace of mind. I highly recommend to anyone needing this kind of care.

After a visit to The Point, I can undoubtedly recommend it to anyone that is in need or searching for an assisted living or memory care facility. Not only is it beautiful inside and well maintained, the receptionist, Earlene Leonard, was very welcoming and accommodating and made us feel right at home. I will be recommending The Point to everyone I know!

I can’t say enough good things about The Pointe at Lifespring. My friend’s mother has been a resident for 7 months. Both the staff and the residents are so friendly. Earlene is the first kind face when we visit, as she is at the reception desk. She is always pleasant and helpful. The caregivers are AWESOME. Patti and Penny are the two that we interact with. We love them and appreciate the care she gives our loved one. We couldn’t be more pleased.

I have been affiliated with the Pointe @ LifeSpring pretty much since it opened. A dear friend and a special part of my church family recently retired from there. I have been blessed to see the impact of this amazing place through her tireless dedication to each resident as well as through the experiences of others families in our church who have loved ones living there. My impression has always been nothing but exceptional! A couple of years ago my belief in The Pointe was put to a deep and very personal test. My Mom became a resident! Everything that I had already grown to expect materialized in a most profound and personal way - I am, after all, talking about my Momma! I only have one, and mine just happens to be the very best! And the staff of the Pointe @ LifeSpring treat her like they agree with my evaluation! And my observation is that they make each resident feel that way, too! I’ll be brief with the rest. Let me just simply say that the staff at The Pointe has became part of our extended family. Their love and care for my dear sweet Mom has met and exceeded our expectations in every way. May I extend my personal and sincere thanks to all of you at the Pointe as you continue to help my family provide my Mom with a safe, caring, and happy place to call home!

My mother has been at the Pointe for several months. Everyone is very kind at this facility. They get to know the residents by name and are very caring & patient. They have many activities for different interests. They are also welcoming to families and have at least one event every month for families to event. Impressed with the thought and energy put into making life fun!
