THE RESIDENCE AT CHADDS FORD

One of the best assisted living facilities I've seen. My in-laws lived here and absolutely loved it. They loved the staff, who were experienced and compassionate, as well as the other residents, who gave them the feeling of community. If you are looking for assisted living, look no further.

Jessica is a wealth of information. Looking for assisted living for a parent is very stressful and time consuming and Jessica made the experience very straightforward and streamlined. Highly recommend contacting her if you are searching and overwhelmed with the options.

The staff at this community is so compassionate and skilled at what they do. The food is amazing and I love how the apartments are made to accommodate different levels of care. This way, couples can stay together AND residents can age in place.

Our mother was a resident of Reflections Memory Care at the Residence at Chadds Ford, for over three and a half years. Watching a loved one navigate the challenges of dementia is never easy, but we couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate and supportive place for her to call home. My mother’s stay at Chadds Ford Residence was brief before she passed, but I’m incredibly grateful for the care she received during that time. The staff were always attentive to her needs and communicated clearly and compassionately whenever there were updates or concerns. I visited every day, but even when I wasn’t there, I felt truly at ease knowing she was in such capable and caring hands. Yes, I sometimes felt the need to do a little extra cleaning while I was there, but overall the facility was clean and smelled fresh-from the moment you walked in the front door. There were plenty of welcoming spaces to sit and visit, whether with family, friends, or other residents, which really helped create a warm and social atmosphere. Their activities program was also a major draw for us. It gave my mother a sense of engagement and normalcy during a difficult time, and it showed how much the staff cared about quality of life-not just medical needs. What meant the most was how the team went above and beyond—not only providing excellent daily care, but even advocating for my mother while she was hospitalized. That kind of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. Looking back, I carry many positive and comforting memories from her time at Chadds Ford Residence. I’m so thankful for the kindness, professionalism, and respect shown to both my mother and our family.
