THE RESIDENCE AT FERRY PARK

Our family has had parents at The Residence at Ferry Park for a combined three years, and the difference under the current management team has been outstanding. Trenton (General Manager) and Jessica (Assistant Manager), along with dedicated staff like Evan, Sean, Kristen, and Kai, have created a community that feels professional, safe, and truly resident-focused. The staff’s attitude is consistently positive and attentive. There are many excellent caregivers here, and the overall culture reflects real commitment. The range of care — from independent living through Level 7, plus an on-site memory care unit — provides true aging-in-place security. Knowing additional support is available without moving facilities is a major advantage for families. The activities program is one of the strongest features of Ferry Park. It’s full-day, every day, keeping residents mentally active, socially engaged, and physically moving. My mother has thrived because of this, and we have no plans to relocate her. The building is immaculate and surprisingly peaceful. Even though it’s close to major routes, the backside of the property feels quiet, private, and safe. It’s a beautiful spot. As someone supporting a parent from Palm Beach, Florida, having confidence in where your mother lives matters more than anything. My brother is a resident at Residence of Ferry Point, has been there since 9/30/25. The staff , Trenton, Evan,Lori, the office staff, staff on the floors caring for people, the staff in the dining room, everyone has been phenomenal, and goes out of their way to make residents feel at home and safe. My brother is very happy , and moving there has improved his quality of life immensely. His decision to move from his own home to Ferry Point has been a game changer for him and for us.

My time visiting Ferry Park has been exceptional. The executive director there Trenton has so much heart and warmth, you can feel the love when you are there. The whole leadership team is filled with enthusiasm, its infectious. The engagement director Molly has so much love and passion, she fills the day with joy and fun for the residents. The community looks gorgeous when you walk in, I would recommend this community to anyone looking.

My grandmother spent the last year of her life at The Residence at Ferry Park, and I cannot say enough about the incredible care and community she experienced there. She always told me that Ferry Park truly felt like home, and that every associate—whether an aide, nurse, server, or director—treated her like family. She loved the engagement opportunities and never missed a happy hour, which always brought her so much joy. Thank you to the entire Ferry Park team for creating such a loving, caring, and supportive environment. It gave us so much comfort knowing she was surrounded by people who genuinely cared for her.

I don't know how to express my gratitude and appreciation to Maureen Cunningham (Sales and Marketing Director), Theresa Williams (Executive Director) and staff made us feel welcome and helped every step away to get my father to Ferry Park. The place so clean, the staffs are attentive and caring to their residence, they have empathy where my father dealing tough time likes brain cancer. The first time I came into Ferry Park, I already knew this is a place where my father could make this place his home. This is a great place for anyone who want to live their golden years.
