I wanted to take a moment to highlight what an awesome community Fitz Farm is, especially Michelle Anderson, the Community Relations Director. As a preferred partner, we see firsthand how dedicated she is to supporting residents and families and helping make their transition into the community smooth and welcoming. Michelle is always friendly, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everyone feels informed and supported, including the partners who work alongside her. Fitz Farm is truly lucky to have someone so committed representing their community!

The evening dining experiences at The Residence at Fitz Farm have been enjoyable throughout 2025. The Head Chef has strived to accommodate the requests of the residents.

I just had the pleasure of taking a tour of this community the employees and the community or amazingI recently had the distinct pleasure of taking a comprehensive tour of this community, and I was genuinely impressed by what I saw. From the moment I stepped onto the property, I could sense the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The most striking aspect was, without a doubt, the people. The employees were truly exceptional—professional, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about their work and the residents they serve. Every staff member I interacted with, from the administrative team to the care providers and the dining service personnel, greeted me with a smile and demonstrated a clear commitment to excellence. It's evident that they don't just see this as a job, but as a vocation focused on enriching the lives of the residents. Similarly, the residents of the community contributed to the incredible energy. They appeared happy, engaged, and actively involved in community life, which speaks volumes about the quality of the environment and the programming offered. The interactions I observed among the residents and with the staff were respectful, cheerful, and indicative of a close-knit, supportive community environment. The facility itself was immaculate and well-maintained, but it was the people—both the amazing employees and the vibrant community of residents—that truly made this tour a stand-out experience.

Our introduction and application process with Residence at Fitz Farm was excellent. Our contact, Michelle Anderson, Community Relations Director of Independent Living offered us multiple tours, answered endless questions and guided us through the paperwork when my Mother applied for residency. And she did it all with a caring attitude, grace and professionalism. Her attention to detail and timely communications were very much appreciated. Thank you Michelle.
