THE RESIDENCE AT VILLAGE GREENS

This facility is very clean and the staff are very helpful. I was visiting a friend of mine. She has a nice room.

Worst experience ever. They repeatedly sent my mother to the hospital. Ran hundreds of tests and nothing was wrong with her. Her dementia got so much worse after all of the hospital visits. After one visit they were not willing to take her back. A problem they created. Also have been sold to private equity so everything is about dollars and cents.

Everyone the minute I walked in the door were extremely kind and helpful to me. Also. Were wonderful to my friend who hasn't been there too long and doesn't know where she is right now. I feel she will have caring care and hopefully she will eventually get settled.
