THE SHERIDAN AT COOPER CITY

The staff at Arbor Terrace Cooper City is skilled, compassionate, and dedicated to creating a wonderful living experience. With engaging activities, good meals, beautiful common areas, and friendly, helpful support, it was an excellent place for my aunt. The Memory Care is well led, with a team that is responsive, knowledgeable, and caring. We are very thankful and grateful we found this community.

Our uncle recently moved into this community, and this was our first time visiting. He seems very happy and comfortable in his new surroundings and was genuinely excited to show us around. The memory care area has a beautiful, large courtyard. We are so relieved and happy knowing he is in a safe community where he can truly be himself. The staff is very friendly and so is Nurse Maria who is so sweet. Thank you Arbor Terrace from the entire family.

We came to tour this community as part of our early research and met Musi, the sales associate, very nice lady and clearly knows her stuff. The community is small which gives it a cozy, “everyone knows your name” kind of feel. They offer studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options, so mom can upgrade if she feels fancy. Musi also mentioned they have a 24-hour nurse, which definitely earns bonus points. We met a few of the managers during our visit, and everyone was extremely friendly, it’s the kind of place that makes you feel good just walking around. Overall, this community is definitely on our “when mom is ready” list. 😊

Arbor Terrace is my father’s in law new home and we are very happy with the overall experience so far. The staff, is caring, knowledgeable, and supportive while navigating difficult situations related to your love one. Ms. Musi Gal, was lovely during the entire sign in process and evaluation. Answered all lot questions without rush. Gianna Aguilar, accommodated us with our assessment virtually, and was very helpful to work with. The day moved in, my father in law was welcomed by everyone, even management. The nurses are friendly and caring. Always ready to help when asked. The food looks delicious. The grounds very well kept. Finally l’d like to add that this facility holds a special nursing license, which was very important for us to have for our loved one. You must do your homework as many AL, do not have this.

We just helped our Aunt move into Arbor Terrace and the staff made her transition so easy. The rooms are large and well cared for. The common areas are immaculate and always have residents gathering together. The dining area is a real dining experience with lovely decor and the most appetizing menu variety. There are plentiful amenities with active resident participation. The staff are incredible right from the friendly greeting from the front desk. They quickly learn everyone’s names and take the time to interact with everyone. We live in Canada but, are very reassured that our Aunt will receive the very best care. Thank you for the peace of mind and for caring for our seniors.
