As a healthcare professional who has to deal with this establishment on a clinical level, please dont place any loved one here in this location as they are impossible to get in touch with. Our office has called about multiple patients all different times of day and the nursing staff is never available I have currently been on hold for 9 minutes waiting for the RN the receptionist says there is only 1 nurse on duty, and the DON is always unavailable because she stays in a meeting. Please save the healthcare professionals and your loved ones the hassle and dont use this location unless you okay with your loved one being medically neglected.

As a professional in the healthcare field, I confidently and enthusiastically recommend The Vero at Bethlehem to all of my clients. This facility stands out not only for its beautiful, welcoming environment but also for the exceptional level of care provided across the board. The therapy department, presented by LVHN, is nothing short of amazing. Their team is skilled, compassionate, and truly committed to helping residents regain strength, independence, and confidence. The nursing care is proactive and attentive, which gives families peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in excellent hands. The physician group is also top-notch—responsive, thorough, and genuinely invested in the well-being of each resident. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warmth and professionalism of The Vero at Bethlehem. It’s more than just a facility—it’s a community dedicated to quality care and quality of life.

Only visited the memory care unit but I was not impressed. I think they need to hire people who are trained in dealing with Alzheimer's patients and have the patience to do so. Alzheimer's patients need calming care not people just coming at them doing things to them when they have no idea what is going on! Just imagine someone coming at you in a hurry and taking you to a room and taking your clothes off without you knowing what is happening! And it might be 2 or 3 people! It's just intimidating and a little scary when you are not in your right mind! Yes it's a beautiful new place and for that they charge a fortune but take a closer look and all the shine and polish falls away. It's still just up to the staff that they hire! Nope I was not one bit impressed with the show 😕

Thank you for taking excellent care of Dad while he lived at The Vero. Our family had regular interactions with the team members who were wonderful. They got to know him quite well, and treated him with great dignity and respect. Whenever he needed anything, they were happy to accommodate. We greatly appreciate all of you.

We moved our dad into The Vero in June of this year. We have been amazed by the kindness of all of the staff who go above and beyond to care for our dad, take care of his needs, and provide him with comfort and caring. This comes right from the top down with Cristina Price, who is a wonderful and caring administrator. The dining room staff, the cleaning people, the social activities personnel, and the maintenance people are extraordinary. We could not wish for a better place for our dad. Not only is it a caring place but it is also a beautiful facility. When are relatives visited, they said it looked like dad was living in a resort! Everything is always clean and bright, and the staff go above and beyond to meet your needs. If you are looking for a wonderful place for your loved one look no further than The Vero.
