The Village at Primacy Place

Highly Recommended!! We recently placed my brother in The Village at Primacy Place and our family is very grateful and appreciative of the response care and concern shown by all the staff especially Eddie Caruso, Sybil the Nursing Director and John, Administration Director for getting the hurdles crossed quickly. We were put in contact with VPP by a Place for Mom. My brother had been in a rehab facility and was being discharged in a short time window with no place to go. Eddie contacted me very quickly and assisted us through every step of the placement right down to the move in of my brother. The clinical staff, facility and amenities are all focused on my brother's care. The place is bright, and the staff does not hide in an office. I can not say enough about Eddie Caruso, from our first contact, I think was March 2, 2023, we moved my brother in to VPP on March 7, 2023. Considering that on March 1, 2023 we had no clue what we were going to do with my brother, this seems totally amazing to me!! The Village at Primacy Place is a wonderful environment for Seniors to call home. Clean, updated and the residents are always so pleased with the staff there, especially with Mary Houston. She is so professional and so helpful with taking care of business, and at the same time so personable with everyone and always checking to make sure that the residents are Happy from Day one! She is a true Gem there! I also know she makes living there fun! She treats the residents as if they are guests in her home, courteous always and always ready to lend a helping hand! I am with a mover who knows how well she handles everything, making their move-in a very smooth transition! Her staff is awesome and leadership there really believes in Team Work! It shows every time we move a resident into the Village of Primacy Place. It makes our job a lot easier too!

The care at the Village At Primacy Place is fantastic because they make each resident feel like they are at home. The staff are amazing, the food is great, and the daily activities make the residence a very active place and greatly help the residents. Also, the therapist the facility has on site make it easier for residents. The maintenance of the building is very high. In case residents have any maintenance needs, they can inform the office, and repairs will be made immediately. If anyone is looking for a place for their loved ones to be well cared for, this is the place to be at the Village At Primacy place Thanks Millicent Mabone

My Mother has been at the Village for 2 and 1/2 years. I have grown to love and respect everyone who works there. They take such good care of my mother who is almost 94 and has dementia. The staff shows such love and care for her. Not only that, they show such love and care for all the families of their residents. This has been especially true since the Covid and quarantine began. It's like they have a special mission to take extra special good care of everyone. It has been hard for me not to be able to visit my mom inside the Village, but I am very comforted knowing she gets hugs and kisses and kind words throughout the day from the staff members. My favorite time is when one of the Directors texts me pictures of my mom while she is talking to me!! Also I love the special events the Village puts on such as car parades for us to be able to see our loved ones from a distance. I know the Staff must have their own families and concerns to worry about. But every time I see any one of them it is with good cheer and a smile on their face through the mask. Yes. I am so very grateful for the good people of The Village at Primacy Place who have all earned their Angel's Wings.

The staff and health care team are hugely valuable assets to this facility. We really feel we have a team partner to help us care for my Mother. A bonus is how well appointed and cute her apartment is. During this pandemic I so appreciate their diligence and care to keep everyone safe. I highly recommend.
