I’ve stayed here several times for therapy and I keep coming back because I’m treated so well here. I rate it highly, not for the food, which has room for improvement, but for the staff. Everyone I’ve come in contact with really has a heart for the work. As a disabled person, I really appreciate the helpful and caring attitude that everyone displays.

Just got here today and I’m already happy to be out of the hospital. The staff helped me get settled in and everyone has been really friendly. Big shoutout to CNA Betty for taking great care of me and checking on me throughout the day. Really appreciate it!

I was admitted today and I have to say my first impression has been really good. The staff made the whole process easy and helped me get settled in quickly. Everyone I met introduced themselves and explained what was going on, which made me feel much more comfortable. The nurses and aides have been very kind and attentive, checking in on me and making sure I had everything I needed. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff made sure I understood my care plan and what to expect during my stay. Being admitted somewhere new can be stressful, but the team here made me feel welcomed and well taken care of right from the start. I’m very thankful for the care and kindness I’ve experienced on my first day.

Do NOT put your loved one here! My Mom was transferred here by St Francis Hospital for physical rehab before she returned home. When my Mom went in she could walk with a walker. When she left she can’t even get out of bed on her own, let alone walk. The Villae case worker would tell my brother and I that Mom is doing great and she is walking 50 feet. Now that she is home we know it was all lies!! When Mom was moved there she could use a walker to go to the bathroom. She knew when she needed to go to the bathroom, etc. The Village put her in adult diapers and we only learned that because my brother saw it when he took her home. My Mom came home on Saturday. She fell down today trying to get out of bed…when she went to the Village she was able to get out of bed on her own. When my brother was at the Billage just last week Mom said she was hungry…that no one had brought her food. Initially the staff said they had but everyone had a different story. Finally they admitted “we might have missed your Mom”. What?!?! What happened? Considering how in one month she has lost so much strength that tells me they did the bare minimum work with her and just left her in her bed! Do NOT put your loved one here! I will be calling the case worker at St Francis to share this with them as well.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this short-term skilled rehab facility. From the moment I arrived, I felt supported, encouraged, and truly cared for as a patient—not just a number. The therapy team was absolutely outstanding. Physical and occupational therapy pushed me just the right amount every day, helping me regain strength, balance, and confidence I honestly wasn’t sure I’d get back. When I first arrived, I struggled with basic movements, but by the time I discharged, I had made huge physical improvements that changed my daily life for the better. The staff as a whole was compassionate, patient, and attentive. Nurses and aides were always responsive, kind, and willing to help, no matter how small the request. They consistently checked in on me and made sure I was comfortable and progressing safely. What stood out most was how personalized my care felt. My goals were listened to, my progress was celebrated, and I was constantly motivated to keep improving. The positive attitude of the staff made even the hardest therapy days feel achievable. Thanks to this rehab stay, I’m leaving stronger, more independent, and far more confident than when I arrived. I am incredibly grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing short-term skilled rehab.
