My father has been well cared for by the residents! The owners are very hands on and make sure they prepare good meals and keep them busy! We have dropped by many times and he seems to enjoy his time here.

My granny went to fairfield glade assisted living with hopes of her having a great living environment After her getting there we quickly found out otherwise. They had one nurse or assistant taking care of 30 people with no other help there. My granny was cold and dirty very mistreated she had to go to the hospital and they didn't send a nurse with her to help with information they needed and she has dementia then when it came time for her to go back we had to go pick her up and bring her back. Everytime we went to see her she would just cry that they were not treating her well and would beg to come home. The final straw was when we went to see her and she had broke her glasses and nobody even called to lwt us know so we could get her new ones her eyes were so red watery and irritated where she couldn't see and was having to strain to see when we asked for her broken glasses nobody knew where they were at so we could get them fixed she was crying that day too. That was it that was the final straw we took her home a few days after that. I would not recommend this place to anyone her room was always dirty and the trash cans overflowing and smellled like pee. My granny was treated so bad here.they advertise activities they do and they do nothing with them we even offered to volunteer our time to come and play games with. The residents and they would not hear of it . They are so understaffed their staff consisted of one person giving. Baths meds and feeding and keeping an eye on 30 people. Do not send your family here it's a nightmare

My mother was a resident at Fairfield Glade from just after her 100th birthday until she passed away at just over 102. She did not need a nursing home, but more care than we could provide at home. Before making a decision to have mom move into Fairfield Glade, we had her stay for respite care. This was a good way for us all to determine if this was the place for her. Fairfield Glade was perfect. Mom could engage in exercise, bingo and other activities, or sleep in her recliner on the porch or in the living area, always under the watchful eye of the staff. With 24 hour care I did not need to worry that she was not safe at night. While Fairfield cannot offer all the amenities of a larger facility (many of which the residents never use anyhow) the quality of individualized care provided to each resident more than makes up for the lack of a formal library or exercise room. The staff and owner Jeff, are devoted to the residents and clearly consider taking care of them not to be a job, but a privilege. Our family truly appreciates the loving environment in which mom spent her last two years of life. We also appreciate the peace of mind we had knowing that she was well cared for and loved each day when we were not there.

My step father needed to go into an assisted living facility so I called FFG Assisted Living to get basic info. The gal who I talked to didn't know anything about anything, and she referred me to the owner so I called and left him a detailed message two weeks ago and never received a call back. That tells me everything I need to know.

After getting to know Mr. Rasmussen the owner at Fairfield Glade I discovered his concern for the well being of each and every resident. The staff treats each person with compassion and love. I wouldn't hesitate referring my friends and family to them. Very personal touch.
