THE WILLOWS

This place STILL is covered in bed bugs and they are aware! They changed carpet over a yr ago in a room for a new res. They told her then to leave the plastic on her new mattress because of bed bugs. A year later she gets eaten alive still! She cannot even go visit family or have them there because it's so bad! Do not subject your loved one to this awful place! Pt has them crawling all over her! They threw out infested box springs. Had her staying in her friends room for a few hrs while they sprayed then back to same room a few hrs later. A week later still crawling on her, supposedly the "real" spray will happen Thursday. Cruel joke of a place. Carpet should be ripped out ! EVERYTHING has to be moved out. Elder abuse, neglect all of the above. I don't know what it's going to take. State was notified.

We have a friend currently in the willows, his room is covered in bed bugs. Yes they sprayed for them but not professional. Our friend was left in his room with dead and alive bed bugs. He is 91 yrs old. The whole place is going to be covered in bed bugs! This place needs to be shut down......
