My Mom was in the Memory care side of facility for approximately 6 months. I would visit with her practically every other day. A staff member would come to her apartment everyday day to check on her, see if she would like to participate in an activity or let her know it’s time to eat. I know all these types of facilities are spread thin with staff, But during my visits, I got to see first hand how hard the entire staff worked and still take care of critical residents. You can tell that they truly cared about the residents and even took the time to get to know the family and listen to their concerns. The facility would have a weekly Happy Hour with a different entertainer. It was so enjoyable to watch the residents having a good time dancing and singing. One other thing, if there was any maintenance issue, Josef was on top of it immediately.

My mom has been a resident for almost a year. It’s a beautiful facility….The staff is fantastic! The dining room always has delicious choices, and there are a lot of activities to keep everyone busy!

My mom has lived here for over 9 years. The staff and residents become so close and look out of each other. As mom has needed more services added and help with daily living the staff have done their best to care for her. The location is wonderful.

Three Oaks is more than a beautiful facility, it is a family home. Certainly, the caretakers and staff are professional, and the care is top notch. But there is a warm family atmosphere that make this facility a true community. One of the stands outs on the staff is Director Cara. All the staff is great, but she might be the best thing to happen to the facility and to the residence. My parents were there for 2 1/2 years. They thoroughly enjoyed their experience, and I am grateful for their care the peace of mind it knowing my parents were safe and 'at home'.

My mother has been a resident of Three Oaks for several months. Care has been cheerfully and professionally provided, she likes the food , and the activities offered are always varied (the entertainment manager is always in touch with residents to see what could be added for their benefit). When we were helping my mother find an assisted living home, the care and attention to needs of residents was first on the list of priorities, but a beautiful environment was next. At Three Oaks, we found both. We also appreciate the transparency that has been offered from the beginning, regarding care and how the organization is run. This has built trust, and that is priceless. It is a wonderful feeling to know your loved one is being cared for with skill, professionalism, and with caring.
