TOWN VILLAGE ASSISTED LIVING

Lovely place. I visited a friend this afternoon and she is enjoying living there.

This place is awesome!! Todd at the front desk was wonderful and everyone there was so polite and kind. The grounds are beautiful!! A fantastic place to stay

Family member lived at TV for almost 2yrs. The concept is wonderful, however this facility can not execute it!!! Selling point of gated and secure is a joke. The gates did not shut the entire time. Leaking pipes cause ceiling to fall in and took weeks to get a repair that looked horrible. Maintenance requests...they get to them if you call 12 times. This is NOT a good place for independent senior adults! The majority of residents are assisted living and it is the independent residents that do the "assisting" The food is horrible, no focus on dietary needs. Just cheap ingredients thrown together by whomever shows up for the day. The weekly apartment cleaning is sub par and property employees let themselves into apartments unannounced. Definitely NOT worth the $3K plus per month. If you are an independent senior adult this is NOT were you want to be!!!!

All the staff seemed very friendly & professional. The building was well-maintained, clean, & attractive. The small dining room was pretty & had outside windows. I didn’t taste the food but it looked good & the portions were fairly big.

My mom loves, loves, LOVES living at Town Village!! The place is beautifully decorated, warm, and welcoming, and on our tour, we had people coming up to us saying they love living there. My mom says the food is delicious, and the activities are enjoyable. Every single staff person we have met has been extremely friendly, kind, and helpful, including the director, activities director, assistant activities director, and all front desk workers. I highly recommend Town Village!!
