Traditions At Reagan Park

Clean, safe & secure. Located between 2 excellent hospitals. Less than a mile east from IU West, and a few more miles west (& North) is Hendricks Regional Health. We experienced the Transition from Assisted living to Memory care and it went so smoothly and drama free. Twice Traditions facilitated and partnered with Hospice services for our end of life needs. They accommodate your desire to personalize the living space of your loved ones. This is not rehab. But they will recommend rehab needs, and you will contract with a provider to visit your loved one, reducing the complications/risks of transporting to appointments. They are caring. They establish relationships with their residents and with you/family. For us, it provided a "home" for our parents who were no longer safe living independently in their final years. What a relief it was.

This is not a good facility. It has went down a lot. The executive director of the facility doesn't value the residents or their families. She will not address any issues that they might have.The residents will not get the care as they should get. The DON she will not introduce herself to the families or the residents. She would not stay on top of the residents care plan.They can not keep any help. The building isn't to clean @ all. Memory Care is very nasty.If anyone would like what's best for their love ones don not put your love ones there.

Several years ago, my father moved into the memory care unit at Traditions. A few months later, my stepmother moved to the assisted living and then she eventually was moved to the memory care unit. Throughout these past years, I was onsite frequently. Everyone there - the administrative employees, nurses, kitchen staff - treated my parents with respect, love, and dignity. They were an extended family to my parents and to me. I’m so grateful for all the love and care that they gave to my parents! If you are looking at elderly care facilities, check out Traditions. You won’t be sorry!

we had heard great reviews from the care giver who suggested Traditions, but our experience over the past almost 3 years exceeded our expectations. not only was the facility clean and well organized, but more importantly, the staff was beyond personable, giving constant caring attention to our mom as she declined over the years. their love for her was displayed in so many way that we cannot even count, from the individual nurses (Marie & Fiki & Tony) on the floor, to Regina over-seeing memory care, to Indy & Theresa over-seeing medical care, to CJ & Emily who over-saw the whole operation even to smallest of details!! they all were the BEST we could hope for!!
