I feel compelled to express my profound dissatisfaction with Trinity Oaks, a facility that, quite frankly, does not deserve even the one star I reluctantly awarded. First and foremost, I would not recommend this nursing home to anyone considering such care for their loved ones. The staff's demeanor is consistently inconsiderate and rude, exhibiting a level of incompetence that is alarming. It is evident that Bonnie, who appears to be in charge, lacks the necessary skills to manage a facility of this nature. Moreover, her decisions seem to be heavily influenced by George, the owner, whose abrasive attitude only exacerbates the challenges faced by residents and their families. One of the most concerning issues is the staff's negligence in monitoring residents, leading to preventable accidents such as falls and instances of residents wandering off the property. This lack of vigilance is unacceptable and poses serious risks to the well-being of those under their care. It is disheartening to witness the discontent among residents, who clearly express their dissatisfaction with both the facility and the staff. I strongly urge prospective clients to reconsider their options and report any concerns, as it is only a matter of time before this establishment faces serious scrutiny. In summary, Trinity Oaks stands out as the worst facility I have encountered in the area, and possibly throughout Pennsylvania. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
