TRUSTWELL LIVING OF RAYTOWN

My sister has been at Trustwell Living in Raytown for a year now. We are very pleased with the help she receives. She is a brittle diabetic and has to be monitored closely. Her Med Techs are excellent, especially Kayla Crider. She is also a diabetic and knows how to reassure my sister. The food is home-made and outstanding. They invited the families to come for Thanksgiving dinner, which was excellent. This is a hidden gem and very reasonable.

My Mother has been living at Trustwell since October 25, 2024. It has been quite a journey getting my Mother acclimated to her new living accommodations at Trustwell. My Mother has formed a very, very close relationship with 3 of the staff members. My first person I would like to give major kudos to is Kayla Crider. I am giving her 5 stars, she actually deserves 50 plus stars for the great care she gives my Mother. She is always on time with her medications, kind, loving, encouraging and so very supportive to not only my Mother but to me. She treats my Mother as if she were her own Grandmother. She gives her hugs and is always attentive to any need she may have. When my Mother gets new prescription orders she makes sure the rest of the staff is made aware of the changes. Kayla is an outstanding employee and works very hard to ensure every resident is treated with respect, dignity and loving kindness. Let me say this, if Kayla were to open her own assisted living facility, my Mother would be moving out of Trustwell and in to her facility. When Kayla Crider is working my Mother is always in a good mood. She lights every time she sees Kayla. I hope that Trustwell Managment realizes how valuable this beautiful and talented lady is to this place. We love Kayla and we have adopted as part of our family.

I have the privilege of having a friend at Trustwell in Raytown MO, I’m very impressed with this team of clinicians as I visit weekly. I’ve been in healthcare for 35 years… I take patient care of our elderly very seriously… I would like to add Kayla Crider is amazing. Her touch is what the elderly need and when the families know that Kayla’s around the family’s calm.

My mother-in-law has been living at Trustwell for 2 years and it has been a positive experience. She is taken well-care of when we are not available and the staff is always friendly. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Kayla for her amazing kindess. She always greets us with a smile, hello, and chats with is about how my MIL is doing. She treats my MIL with great respect and dignity. Thank you to Trustwell, Kayla, and all the staff for being there to care our elders during this phase of their lives.

Trustwell Living Raytown is a wonderful place to call home. Everyone who works there gives their all every day to deliver the best living experience anyone would want for their loved one. Their Executive Director has worked in this community 10+ years and gives her heart and soul into everything she does to help our residents thrive. Their apartments are the largest in the area and they even offer two bedroom apartments with two bathrooms for couples or family to live together if desired. They also offer shared accommodations to help those on a limited budget and Studios. It’s a must see community to explore for your loved one.
