A home not a facility

This facility is absolutely horrible!!! They have a resident that is constantly getting out and the staff have no clue he's even gone they appear shocked when confronted and get very rude. He walks the neighborhood always wearing dirty clothes and never has shoes on. The resident has been caught countless times by homeowners taking mail out of mailboxes and taking it back to the facility. After getting no where with the staff a few homeowners have contacted the Crystal city police only to be told that the staff states they are working on fixing the issue. Well this has been a issue for over 2 years now. If your considering placing your loved one here please reconsider talk to the neighbors go to the police department ask about the complaints. There are so many wonderful facilities in the area please research!!!!

The atmosphere of it being a home not an institution or nursing home. All the residents are very well feed and kept up😊
