I work for an agency who supports people with special needs. As a director, I am very pleased with the care and support that I see from Utopia. Utopia had the foresight to dedicate a team to help provide medical care that is above my agency's level of training. They have been quick to find solutions to a challenging set of circumstances that often lie outside of anyone's control. Utopia communicates promptly, compassionately, professionally, and above what is typically expected. Our relationship is such, that it is as if we work for the same agency! The visiting nurse care is tremendous as I am often alerted before my staff can even get to me! The individuals that I support love the care they receive from Home Health Aides and the Visiting Nurse! On the backend, Utopia is tapped into major hospitals - all I have to do is send a simple referral and they make it all happen. I am very pleased with Utopia Home Care's support with visiting nurses, medication management, home health aide support, and with dealing with insurance issues. I appreciate their care and professionalism!

Unprofessional!!! Do not bring your families to this home care company!! Stay away!!

BEWARE!!!! I called to inquire about services. I asked if they were accredited. She said yes & I asked which accreditations & she put me on hold for 4 min. then hung up on me! I’d say that’s not a reputable co.

I called on a Friday around 4pm looking for a person to help my mother when she returned home from the hospital. Scott from Utopia updated me over the weekend and had a wonderful aid for her when she arrived home on Monday. All weekend he took my calls as I tried to determine her needs and time to start. Amazing service. I am so grateful for the help and extra effort they gave me.

Very friendly and competent staff! From the office, to nurses and aides, they have helped so many of my clients in the New Haven area
