They took great care of my mom and made sure we understood what her day would be like. I definitely recommend this place.

The staff at Via Christi are always so wonderful and caring. Everyone from housekeeping to dietary and nursing are top notch! My parent is so thrilled to be living there. They always tell me how glad they are to be living there! Their happiness makes me and my extended family feel good and allows us to work and not be worried about them 24/7. Our family wants to thanks everyone for all that they do for everyone who lives there and has loved ones there!! I constantly brag about the great staff at Via Christi! I Highly recommend this wonderful facility!! You will be very pleased if you need to live there or have a loved one who needs help with memory care. I only wish there were more places like this available as our elder population grows in number.

The staff I encountered with were very friendly and helpful as we went to set up a TV and stand for a family member. All greeted us with a hello or good afternoon and smiled even with their masks on you could see the smile.

My grandmother recently became a resident, and I visited for the first time today. I was impressed with how friendly, helpful, and kind everyone who worked there was. They really understand the challenges folks like my grandmother, who is experiencing dementia, are going through. The facility is clean, the residents are well-cared-for, and everyone I met there was smiling.

My mother stays there and said the staff is really good and the activities are fun. Her main complaint is about the food. She said it is horrible!! She actually has us bring her frozen dinners and say that they are better than the food from your kitchen. I have friends that have relatives staying there also, we have discussed the food and their parents main complaints is also the food. Please do something about your meal program or we will be forced to go elsewhere.
