Village at Mercy Creek (The)

My mother has been a resident at Mercy Creek for 4 years. I like that she has people around her to talk to, to play cards/games with, and other activities such as the flower arranging work shop. It is her home, and I feel she is in a safe environment.

My Mom has been living at the Village at Mercy Creek for several years now. Since her arrival, she has always told me how much she loves her apartment, her independence, the positive attitude of the staff, and, of course, the food! She enjoys the activities and interacting with the other residents, especially when playing card games. My interactions with all staff have been prompt and positive. The focus on resident safety is evidenced by the increase in nursing staff, supported by quality assistance from the CNA’s. It appears that maintenance, transportation, housekeeping, and food services staff take great pride in their work. The grounds are impeccable and the facility is always neat, clean, and smells fresh. When I leave from a visit, I know that my Mom is safe and surrounded by a caring family.

My Dad has been blessed to call the Village at Mercy Creek his home since October of 2017. After Mom passed away, he needed the care and companionship of Assisted Living. The whole staff at Mercy Creek are kind, patient, caring - and the administration keeps the operations well run and in sync with the residents needs. Highly recommended!

Our mother was here for the last 3 years of her life and we couldn't be more pleased with the care. Yes, there were some rocky times at the beginning but they continued to improve both staff and care. The food was very good and the nursing staff and CNA's very helpful and caring. If you have a loved one that needs these services you'd be hard pressed to do better than Mercy Creek!~

When my family and I attended the Open House event in October 2016, I immediately inquired of the residency age qualifications...The building is beautiful and spacious and clean. The food is wonderful. The residents all look so happy to be a part of this community. Meadows at Mercy Creek is a lovely assisted living community.
