Ashley Lutes was extremely friendly and gracious, making us feel welcome and valued as she gave us an extensive tour of the amenities of Village Park Milton. She was attentive to the particular needs and desires of our group and addressed any questions and concerns in the tour. She cares deeply about helping people make the right decision for senior living. It was apparent that all the staff were vested in Village Park and genuinely cared for the wellbeing of the residents!

Outstanding visit. Beautiful place. Very clean. Courteous staff. Excellent housing options. Our guide was Ashley Lutes. Very attentive and efficient. Used our time well and helped us narrow down our options to those that are appropriate for us.

If I could give this place a 0 I would . The staff talk to the elders in disrespect !! All these families that comment on here saying it’s GREAT , must not visit often. They leave elders who can’t feed themselves and can’t take care of themselves all alone at the tables. Then come down to retrieve them and make comments like “ you should have pressed your button if you needed me “ . This place is absolutely DISGUSTING. The African American lady that’s in the front is RUDE. They all are RUDE but definitely her! I have videos on how everything runs here ! Please BEWARE !

Our family is so grateful for the care and kindness my father received during his time at Village Park Milton. From the moment we toured the community, we could tell it was a special place welcoming, clean, and full of heart. Sandy, the Director, leads with genuine compassion and professionalism, creating a culture where residents truly feel valued and cared for. Melita, in Sales, went above and beyond to help us through the transition process, answering every question with patience and warmth. And Tinyko, in Nursing, showed such dedication and tenderness in caring for my dad, her attention to detail and gentle nature gave us tremendous peace of mind. Village Park Milton isn’t just an assisted living facility; it’s a community filled with people who truly care. I would highly recommend it to any family looking for a safe, nurturing, and loving environment for their loved one. Christine Wall
