Village Park of Conway, Inc. RCF

I'm writing this review regarding the Village Park of Conway Assisted Living facility from my point of view as well as my mother's point of view, who resides there. She and I are extremely happy with the choice she made in selecting VP of Conway. We both knew immediately upon walking in that this was THE place. It is very warm and inviting, very tasteful decor, much natural lighting. The entire staff is wonderful, so kind and caring. Trash emptied everyday, rooms cleaned twice a week, laundry done twice a week and is always immaculately folded and returned to mom. 3 healthy meals a day, ice machine available 24/7, vending machines, mail delivered twice a day sometimes more. Games and activities everyday, a big room that is a library, and a puzzle room. Preacher comes in Wednesday night to the facility for a mid week service, live music once a week, a golf cart comes to the facility on Sunday to take the residents to church on the corner that choose to go. There is a hair stylist that comes in every Wednesday and she is also qualified to clip toenails. The facility is always incredibly clean and immaculate . Once a month the doctor comes on site for checkups and draws blood if needed. Large walk in bathrooms and showers, patio out back with furniture and flowers, different size rooms available to accommodate different choices and needs. We visited several other places before VP of Conway. None of the others came close, mom is extremely happy here and satisfied with her choice. I myself can not say enough good things about the staff, they are incredible, and genuinely care about the residents . It is the perfect size and perfect fit for mom.

Village Park has been a great place for my father for the past few years. The staff has always been very kind to him, and he likes to joke around with them. The staff also has contacted me to help me understand how he has been doing and discuss plans for therapy at times to keep him in better shape. I am very thankful that we found Village Park for him.

My Mom has been a resident for over a year. Her room is clean and she is well taken care of. I no longer worry about her falling and laying there with no help. They have great safety protocols. The manger is caring and does her best even when she is short staffed at times. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Facility with a very welcoming feel as soon as you walk in the door. Rhonda is a top notch leader who always goes about and beyond for the residents and staff. You will not find a more hands on administrator, she takes great pride in maintaining a clean facility with great care.

I recently toured this community. I love how clean and fresh smelling the community was. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The administrator was nothing but sweet and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a place that is clean, fresh with staff being helpful/nice I would recommend Village Park of Conway.
