My Aunt is a good person but often difficult. Deaf, dementia, isolation have worn her out. The staff here are so considerate. They keep her room and clothes clean. They make sure she takes her meds. They call if there's an issue and give me time to take care.

When our father fell down and broke his wrist they did not get him medical attention at all nor did they even tell us until the next day. When he complained about severe stomach pain they called an ambulance but never informed us that he was sent to the hospital. We found out the next day when the hospital called us to schedule a surgery and of course we had no idea.
