We toured the Villas of Hollybrook at Fox Creek and were quite impressed with the staff as they provided information on the tour. The facility looks great and we are considering applying for an apartment.

This review is overdue, so I apologize for the delay. My parents found themselves in emergent need of an assisted living facility right before Thanksgiving, 2022. As I live very close to Hollybrook, I stopped and talked to the Executive Director and got a tour of the facility the same day. We moved my Mom in the Sunday after Thanksgiving. As you may expect, there were growing pains with my Mom moving. She had lived in her house for 48 years and did not want to move. And I was feeling quite a bit of stress trying to deal with her moving and my Dad, who was in skilled care after a hospital stay due to a fall. I handled many situations poorly, but the Director, head of nursing and the office manager remained professional and supportive the entire time. Everyone got used to each other and we moved my Dad over right before Christmas. The entire staff has been professional and courteous to my parents. Thank you to Jeff, Jennifer, and Bobbie for your excellent care and management of my parents.

My parents moved to VoHB in April. Mom is in Memory Care and Dad is in AL. The facility is lovely, the staff is attentive and caring. All challenges to arranging life in a care facility have been minimized by the staff. My parents are happy there and that's what matters!

My in-laws were here here for 6 months. If you are independent, I am sure it is a nice place to be. Once we needed assistance they were unable to provide the basics like helping them with bathing on a regular schedule and we really struggled with the staff giving them their meds correctly. My mother in law needed a low sodium diet. They could not provide that. Mother in law was diabetic and they only offered water to drink. No sugar free options were available. We ended up moving to receive better care at another facility. From my understanding they have a social license not a medical license.
