Villas of Holly Brook Rantoul

For 2 weeks my family and I have been taking turns calling and emailing to make an appt to speak about moving my grandmother to this facility. NO return calls or emails. I finally emailed the corporate office and only then did I receive a reply from then apologizing. I responded the same day and that was 5 days ago. No reply. If we cant even get an appt scheduled, what kind of care are these people providing??? No thanks!
