I am giving a 5 star rating due to level of care & expertise i have witnessed from some of the CNA's/NA's. The one that made the biggest impression is Heather. She has been there for years & takes pride in her career. She genuinely cares for each resident. She knows them in a way that a family member does. She makes everyone around smile, she gives comfort to them, they trust her with all of their needs. She is helpful to everyone.. from the physical & emotional care, to helping family with everything from taking exceptional care to their loved 1, to giving confidence to a coworker to giving us a tour of the facility. Family is completely at ease knowing Heather is in the building. She helps & gives guidance to coworkers (in all departments) & management knows they can depend on her. Heather isnt the main CNA but everyone looks to her to lead. She is truly an asset to Villas. Special mention: great employees- Desiree, Michelle, Logan, Sasha, Joe, Christi, Boochy, Toya, Nianna, Tymika,Kabee, Kara (director), Dorsey (nurse), Anthony(maintenance), Tonya (kitchen)

Our family can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff and services at Hollybrook! Our experience exceeds our expectations. Mom is well cared for and happy at Hollybrook. Communications, activities, and all services are excellent !!!

My aunt has been living at Villas of Hollybrook Savoy for the past year and we couldn't be happier with the care she receives. Dorsey is the best! She is a very caring nursing director and ensures all my aunts needs are met.

Seriously one of the best Assisted Living facilities in the area. Jill does a great job with the activities. There is always something going on. Lots of amenities that you don't see in other places. Where else can you get soft serve ice cream when you visit your loved one? They are also building a big addition and can't wait to see the finished product.
