First I will have to say the Place is Beautiful. Most of the staff is Amazing. Be aware of the Executive Director that has absolutely No medical training whatsoever, but at times wants to assess your family member in medical ways where she has No knowledge. So much so, she wants your family moved from their home for medical reasons your family member doesn’t have. If your family becomes a hassle and takes extra time, This person doesn’t have their best interest at heart, because she doesn’t have one, she gets annoyed and will want your family member to be moved elsewhere. The Director is a Bully to residents, the families and to staff. If the current Director wasn’t there, it would be a Fabulous place to live.

My mom is a new resident and loves this place. I glanced at the one star reviews and am disappointed in past employees who choose to air grievances by providing a negative review. That is not relevant to the resident experience. I can say that this is new construction, very well thought out, and has great programs to assist and entertain residents. I'm glad my mom found this location. Side note the name South Park does make me giggle. But no worries. There are no cartoon characters on property :)

This place is a beautiful community, from the building itself to the staff that cares for each and every resident. Chatham is truly blessed to have Villas of South Park!

An assisted living home. New construction. Totally handicap accessible. Friendly staff. Resident staff ratio good. Everything..washing, drying, putting clothes away, housekeeping, med distribution, everything taken care of. Three meals a day. This is one of the weak parts. Meals don't always meet expectation.
