VINTAGE CARE SENIOR HOUSING

We recently visited Vintage Care of Palatka in hopes of transferring our loved one from Palatka Rehab. Ms. Vinson and the team at Vintage have been such a pleasure to work with through this entire process! From the tour of the facility to answering what seems like 100 questions from us to the paperwork signing process, everyone has been very accommodating and doing their best to ease our worries. We look forward to our time at Vintage Care!

This facility is and goes above and beyond to see that their residents and families are treated with dignity and respect. In all aspects, from Intake, Billing, Daily Care, Nursing, Therapy, Meals, Housekeeping and Laundry. Every Staff Member I have dealt with, from the Excutive Director too Nursing Aids have been so kind and helpful. Mom has been there since April of last year and loves it.... My Aunt and Uncle were residents there several years ago and they also received excellent care. That's one reason why we chose Vintage Care of Palatka. We highly recommend you look at this Facility when your love one needs this level of care.

Just wanted to drop a note to tell everyone how wonderful this place is. Traci Vinson went above and beyond in a very short time period in order to make it possible for my Aunt to live there. My Aunt has been there for over 3 months now and the staff has always been up beat, pleasant and very helpful. The kindness they show to everyone, residents as well as visitors is warming to the heart and makes me glad my Aunt has such an uplifting, warm place to call home at this stage in her life. Thanks to you all!!

My father recently moved in and I can't say enough good things. All of the staff are very friendly and patient. We were on a tight window to get moved into the facility. Thankfully, the Director (Traci) was amazing and super accommodating. The facilities are clean and inviting. Dad says the food tastes amazing and from what I have seen, they might have me visiting during meal times. Thank you to all at Vintage for looking after Dad.

When we speak of Vintage Care we speak of the place that cares for my mother. My mother receives great care from friendly & loving staff that feel more like family. Those girls have a passion for the career they chose. They’re very interactive with the residents and always doing fun exciting things! And… the fact that you can go into memory care unit at any given time & they’re playing oldies music dancing with the residents is so heart warming knowing that these are people caring for my mama❤️
