VIVA MEMORY CARE AT DRESHER

I can't say enough about the staff at Woodland Creek. I had to put my husband into the facility when I couldn't see him because of Covid. I was so worried because I didn't know anyone but they kept reassuring me he was alright. Since I have been able to visit him I have seen first hand what wonderful people are caring for him. Diana, Wanda, Tim, and every person who takes care of him personally have been absolutely loving and caring. I am so glad I chose Woodland Creek. It was the best thing for my husband. Thank you everyone. You are the best!

My aunt is a resident at Woodland Creek and the staff there has been so kind and welcoming. They take such good care of her and always keep the family in the loop with how she’s doing and any changes that happen. Chef Tim goes out of his way to make special dishes for her and she gets to participate in a resident’s choice group where they work on giving back to their local community. No place is perfect but this facility tries and it shows. So glad my uncle chose Woodland Creek. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dementia care!

After considering many possible places for my father we found Woodland Creek, and our search was over. The staff could not have been more accommodating, and attentive. Unlike the other nursing homes/special care units, the staff at Woodland Creek made me relaxed and gave me a feeling that they cared. During and after my fathers stay I can empathically say the warmth, and "non business" feeling I had carried over to my fathers care. Specifically, Diana, the executive director could not have been any nicer and caring. Throughout my fathers stay we would email and call for updates and each email and call was returned the same day. Woodland Creek is a fantastic place for your loved one in need.

I am so thankful for the wonderful care that my father received at Woodland Creek, in Dresher. All of the staff played such an important role in all of his care and meeting all of his needs. Everyone really cared for him and it showed. He adjusted so well and seemed to really enjoy all of the activities. The staff and directors were all wonderful while managing COVID along with the needs of our family and my dad. His last days on hospice were filled with love and attention. I can't thank everyone enough.

My mother was one of the first residents at Woodland Creek. Having come from another community where they had memory care, I feel I can give a good comparison. My mother has moderate to severe Alzheimer's. I can tell you I am thrilled with the care that she is getting! They were extremely careful since she was being admitted in the middle of a global pandemic. I only get to have "window visits" for now, but can already see the difference in her. They share photos with me several times a week showing her enjoying various activities. They are doing the best they can to keep them entertained all while being socially distant. The staff truly cares about her. They put makeup on her daily because they know that makes her feel better. They went out of their way to learn about my mom. I gave them her life story for the most part. When I come to visit, I can tell the staff is genuinely engaged in her well being. They are getting to know her likes and dislikes. My only negative was having to wait so long for them to finally open. In these trying times, it is so good to know there are people out there that truly care and are willing to go the next level to make her safe and happy!! If you are researching memory care facilities, do not miss Woodland Creek. Your loved one will be in excellent hands!
