Voyage Senior Living - Murphysboro West

This is an assisted living facility. My wife's aunt is there. She is treated well. The food is good and the facility is clean. The staff treats the residents well. They do have activities for the residents.

This place needs a total overhaul! The buildings are falling apart, and management is more than lacking. It was like talking to a used car salesman, they will say anything to get you in. The other residents did not seem happy there at all. Definitely will not be housing my family here.

My father enjoys his well maintained apartment, the food and we enjoy knowing that if something happens he has a person(s) there that can assist or get a hold of us all while he keeps most of his independence. The management is helpful and the staff genuinely care about my dad.

Our wonderful family memver was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. The staff demonstrates professionalism, empathy and caring nature.

My 83-year-old mother currently has an apartment at Voyage Senior Living in Murphysboro Illinois. The Voyage has been a God-send for my Mom and our family. The staff, food, service, and living space are all wonderful. The most important thing is, I know my Mom is safe and always has someone available to her if she is in need, yet can still maintain her independence. I encourage anyone needing to be assisted living to check out this facility.
