Watercrest is such an amazing community! We’ve had the privilege to serve residents here and see firsthand the care and compassion this team provides. Candice is exceptional in providing life enrichment to all of the residents that call this wonderful community home.

I came to visit my family members this past week and I must say I’m very impressed. Not only did my aunt look happy but her living arrangements were amazing. Very clean and polished. It’s hard to find that in living facilities nowadays. I met Aerial who was part of memory care housekeeping and she was so good with my aunt. I thought she was her caregiver at first lol. I hope y’all keep up the good work and continue to look after our elderly when we can’t. Thank you!!!!

This building is a place that stands out to me. The staff and ED, Lauren, are fully engaged with the residents and there is never a dull moment for the seniors who want to be actively engaged. Were my parents still with me, I would not hesitate to have them served by this wonderful community! Great job Watercrest!

Recently, I had the pleasure of being given a tour of your facility by Executive Director Lauren. During our walk-through, we were approached by a resident who had a concern she wanted to share. I was deeply impressed by how Lauren responded. Even though she was in the middle of showing me around, she took the time to pause, sit with the resident, and genuinely listen to what was being said. She didn’t brush the concern aside or offer a quick response just to move on—instead, she took a moment to acknowledge the resident, explain that she was currently giving a tour, and assured her that she would return shortly to give the matter her full attention. It was a clear demonstration of compassion, professionalism, and leadership. As we continued the tour, I also noticed how friendly and polite the entire staff was—not just toward me, but in general. Their positive demeanor didn’t seem rehearsed or simply because the Executive Director was present; it felt like a genuine reflection of the culture within your facility. I visited a friend’s mother today and was extremely impressed from the moment I entered the front door. The place is lovely and I felt like I was walking into a fine resort. I was greeted by the Concierge as well as the Executive Director, Larissa. It was evident how much Larissa loves her community. The atmosphere was so inviting and everyone I encountered were both pleasant and professional. The residents were a pleasure to talk with and there was such a feeling of family there. Myrtle Beach is fortunate to have Watercrest Senior Living as an option for the many seniors who reside here. I would definitely give it 5 stars!!
