I have been in the building many times over the last few years, and pleased to report that the new management under ED Ava is taking the right steps to make the building warm and welcoming for seniors and families. I see the staff and residents seem happy, and everyone is helpful, including the front desk staff, Laneye.

Please stay away from this place for your loved one. They constantly delete negative recent posts. Management here is the worst we've seen. I can never get an appointment to meet management or upper management. My mom has bed bugs and roaches. The trash piles up constantly. They don't care about seniors, they only care about getting government money. This place has gone downhill. Google do not delete this review. An employee recently was walked out of the community with police and as a family member and POA we haven't received any updates regarding this. Unethical place that is run by Grand Lifestyles nothing about this is Grand.

My mother in law is in the memory care unit and has been there for over 4 years. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly and caring. The activity director has been arranging parties and gatherings for the residents and their families and it has always been wonderful- every detail from decorations to food is taken care of with music to set the mood!

Waterford Estates is a very lovely place to live,even if it's just short term.They have a lot of things your love one can participate in. The staff is lovely and friendly the building is clean.I'm bringing My mother there for respite care. I didn't know exactly how to go about it but,when I spoke to Miss Julie she explained everything to me she is so friendly and warm she broke everything down to me and my mother where is that we understood it. We even took a tour of the building and my mother enjoyed it she loves this place.I highly recommended place
