TRANQUIL GROVE AT ROTARY PARK

Had a great experience with Alexander and other staff members were very attentive to the residents.

Was a pleasure visiting the facility. Was clean, no strange or poor odors, the staff there were so sweet and were able to help give direction when needed! Definitely worth checking out.

I would not recommend having one of your family members living here. It’s over priced, staff are unprofessional, they sit around and do TikTok’s. There new sign is also false advertisement to get people to tour and then rise price when they get a room. Half of the appliance doesn’t work. Toilets leak or won’t work. The new owner doesn’t have money to replace anything. They violate HIPAA, leaving patients information out.

Place had a horrible smell when i went inside, i walked around throught the rooms and sawl bugs crawling around, the bathrooms smelled terrible and looked even worse, the employees were cussing and screaming at everyone, people were all around with no supervision, this place is not what it seems.

My Mom was here a short time. Staff was great and patient with her, until her dementia was no long manageable in that setting. Only downside I would state was the ceiling in my Moms room cracked all the way across during the really cold spell we experienced. So she was abruptly moved for safety but we were never able to get her used to her new room.
