EAST HILL AT HOME

I worked here as a server and had a very disappointing experience with management. I was told I’d be taken off the schedule until I removed my nails, even though other servers had theirs. I removed them as requested. The next day, Barbara called to let me go because of an opinion I shared in the servers’ group chat, which another server had shown her. I was never given a chance to discuss the situation. In my experience, policies weren’t enforced consistently and communication was not handled fairly.

The Springs is such a small close knit rehab where they provide excellent care to all their residents. The facility is up to date and beautiful. Would highly recommended to someone needing short term rehab or private pay long term placement.

The Watermark at East Hill is fabulous. My husband was recovering from many complications due to surgery. He had been to several skilled nursing facilities each one worse than the last then we found The Watermark. It was a game changer for us. When we met Jennifer, the Clinical Liaison we were immediately put at ease. Her kindness and compassion was exactly what we needed. Each staff member treated us like family We were truly blessed to find the watermark.

I’ve been a patient at The Watermark at East Hill since August 1, 2024. From the first day it has been exceptional. The admission went smoothly. Jennifer in administration helped make the transfer from the hospital very smooth. The room I was assigned was very clean and equipped with walker and wheelchair. All of the nursing staff are very friendly and professional!!! The food throughout the day is very well prepared and enjoyable !! The reason I am at the Watermark is for Physical Therapy .. I have not regained my physical strength since my bypass surgery!! The Physical Therapy and therapist are AMAZING.I have PT and OT 6 days a week! I am feeling stronger wash day. During my recovery I have to say is The Watermark at East Hill is Fabulous and truly earns FIVE STARS

The Watermark is a great place - the employees and overall environment is inclusive, caring and responsive. I am happy that my Mom has made her home there. I know that they will be there for her if needed. The staff make themselves available to our family and always make us feel welcome. Chelsea and Dayna are my go to gals, when it comes to making sure Mom is doing well. Thanks
