Watson Fields

We were nervous as we looked for an assisted living facility for our mom. We knew our mom needed a great deal of high level care that few facilities could adequately provide. We settled on Watson Fields assisted living facility because of their reputation in the area of providing great care. We were not sure any facility could provide the care our mother needed - our fears quickly subsided. The very first morning of our mom's stay two of the staff had her cleaned, teeth brushed, dressed, her hair braided all while making her feel like the most important person in the world - mom was smiling and speaking with the two staff members like they were lifelong friends. Her experience and the care provided continued and only got better. She was never left alone, they kept her active and social throughout each day, she raved about the food and actually seemed comfortable. Our mom was regularly seen smiling and happy, she socialized with staff and the staff made her feel like part of an extended family. When our moms health conditions declined, the Watson Fields staffs care only improved. Staff was regularly in her room, making sure she was clean and comfortable. They always took time to explain things to us and always insured our family was cared for during some of our moms most difficult days. The hospice staff, who also cared for our mom, regularly said that Watson Fields was by far the finest assisted living facility they work with - I could not agree more. I truly appreciate everything that the Watson Fields staff did for my mother. From on site owner Dr. Hopkins, director Lisa all the way to the nurses, food service personnel, custodial staff, aides and anyone else on site, our family could ask for nothing more from the best assisted living facility in the area. I would give them more than 5 stars if the rating scale allowed. Thank you Watson Fields!

Watson Fields is an excellent memory care assisted living that has incredible leadership, care associates and operational staff. The community is always spotless. I have had numerous clients move their loved ones to this community and all have had excellent experiences. Highly recommend.

I am very thankful for the excellent care my mother received while at Watson Fields. We found the staff to be very accommodating and the communications to be very easy. They made her feel VERY welcome, and she made many friends, both staff and residents. Having my mother at Watson Fields and receiving such great care changed my visits from me doing work for her at her home to being able to sit and enjoy my time and conversations with her even more. I will be forever grateful for this time. This is a very difficult stage of life for families, and they definitely made navigating this time a lot easier. For this and many other reasons, I would highly recommend Watson Fields.

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience at Watson Fields. My husband had advanced Parkinson's disease and the staff embraced him in every way, making his challenging journey a little bit easier. The facility is warm and inviting and nicely set up. The staff is very experienced, professional, empathetic and caring. Watson Fields is a gem of a place and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true "home" for their loved one.

One of the most difficult decisions that I ever had to make was to move my brother at age 64 into an assistance living facility. I am forever grateful for being directed to Watson's Field. His care was superior, the nursing staff knew every detail especially needed for him. Whenever I asked for updates they would graciously take time to go over every detail with care. When changes occurred, I would receive updates and would include me in the plan of care. From the owner John, the director Lisa, the front staff Catherine, the nurses, CNAs, activities, HR, cleaners, the facility maintenance, food service workers, etc.all knew him. They would call him by name, joke with him and each had a very special relationship with him. He was treated with such respect and dignity all the way.He was never a number, he was loved and spent his last days surrounded by such loving care. The facility is beautiful, spacious and very clean. To rate this at a 5 isn't enough to share the level of satisfaction with Watson's Field. With gratitude and blessings. Betsey Curtis Hasty
