Waukee Village Assisted Living is an amazing community that truly feels warm, welcoming, and supportive. The staff are incredibly friendly and always helpful, going out of their way to make residents feel comfortable and cared for. You can really tell that everyone here is passionate about what they do and about the people they serve. The activity programming director is absolutely the best—she is amazing, fun, young, and incredibly thoughtful in everything she plans. Thanks to her and the entire team, there is always something enjoyable to look forward to and a strong sense of community every day.

It doesn't get any better than Independence Village. My mother came to for a respite visit. She has been treated like a Queen. The staff catered to her every need. She said it's like a family and everyone gets along very well. She had to go to the hospital and they brought her flowers. They have an ambassador program and they came to visit her, take her to lunch, and share the great services Independence Village offers.
