My mother resided here for a year, before she passed away. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the quality of care my mother had. I was able to go from her care giver to just her daughter when I visited daily. The staff are super friendly, loved my mom, spoiled her! They always treated us with such kindness. It was an incredible relief to have them help with my mother’s care. The building itself is BEAUTIFUL. Food is great, my mom frequently ‘forgot’ she ate dinner and they would simple give her a snack or a sandwich. Such a fabulous place.

My 90 year old mother has been at Webwood about 4 months now and it has been great. The staff made the transition smooth. They have planned activities and socialization that has helped mom become more active. Her grandkids commented she is getting around better too. The facility is beautiful, the staff outstanding, the balanced healthy meals are delicious. Both my mother and I agree we wish she had moved there sooner. As a bonus there is a hair salon right there so she can get her hair done when she wants. The price is cheaper than paying helpers in house. Webwood has provided us with peace of mind knowing mom is safe and happy while still having some independence of having her own apartment.

I had the opportunity to stay with my Aunt after my uncle passed away. I lived within the facility and I give it an A+. The clients are treated like family. The staff are warm, caring and welcoming. Some of the extra features are manicures, hair appointments and regular weekly activities. Meal are nice portions and diverse. Emergencies are attended to very quickly and nurses are available with the click of a bottom. I was very impressed with EVERYTHING at this facility. I highly recommend!

I've been fortunate to be a resident here, at Webwood Assisted Living in Neosho, MO, since February of this year, 2019. The staff is top notch, efficient, and thoroughly professional. You, the resident, are their first priority. They listen to both residents and family members, as well as being proactive in their duties. Communications between staff and family members is exemplary, removing worries and angst. The physical plant of Webwood is modern, bright, and very comfortable. Airy, with the sense that one is more in a luxury condo, or fine motel. Dining is especially fun, with two superb chefs, careful of dietary needs. Whether encumbered with diabetes or other challenges, or for those with no problems, meals are a delight. Medications are correct and on time. Doctor's visits are prepared for, with transport there and back. Every effort is made by Webwood's staff, to making residents, and their families, comfortable and knowledgeable that they are well and truly cared for. Webwood Assisted Living is where I choose to live, and I've been quite happy with my decision. For those looking for the best in assisted living, I can make no better, or higher, recommendation.

Assisted Living at its finest! The rooms are huge, plenty of room to bring your personal belongings to make it your home. My favorite part is the see through stone fireplace in the dining/ living room area. You get the country living atmosphere out on the community patio overlooking the fields and woods. If you're looking for a home away from home, you've found it!
