My grandfather was placed here as a rehabilitation center after a bad fall. I would reconsider placing your loved one here if you are able to... The nurses are very understaffed, and you can tell they are overworked. We have waited over an hour for help before, even with me finding nurses to remind them my grandfather needs assistance. My grandfather had been let to sit in his soiled diaper for hours on end, one stretch lasting 15 hours from dinner time to the morning. His dinner plate was not even cleared, leading us to believe he was not checked on for those 15 hours. I am sure these nurses are not getting paid what they should, but there is no organization which has lead us to a lot of confusion and frustration.

My mother is a patient there. This facility hires a lot of agency staff. No report given on each shift they are working with “blinders on” Left my mother on bedpan for an hour or so left her laying in the bed for several hours. This facility charges 400.00 a day per patient this facility per the agency worker complaints “….,do not treat/pay worker rightly”
