West Shores

Place was very clean and employees friendly. Residents were going to the dining room some alone some with employees and some with families. They were all very pleasant and happy. I have been there while the Recreation Therapist was there during game times. That was enjoyable during Jeopardy. Never had a bad experience while visiting The Pic was from last week while visiting one of my best friends there.

West Shores is the best assisted living community in Hot Springs! The residents are welcoming, the grounds are beautiful and their staff is dedicated to treating you like family.

Such a wonderful community. The mother's day and father's days celebrations were like that of a 5 star restaurant. The care team is so helpful and loving. Lots of friends and lot of wonderful things to day. The garden area is beautiful!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and my dad enjoys the food and the social aspect of living here! There are times when I believe the carpets could be cleaner in the hallways and there have been a few times when the smell of urine in the hallways is very noticeable. Also, keep your doors locked and inventory your stuff. We had items stolen and no one seems to know where they went and staff is not keeping me updated on their investigation.

My in-laws moved here September 2023. I love their apartment on the garden level. They have a great view of the manicured lawns and get to see the wildlife, deer, squirrels and rabbits often. This floor offers bingo, exercise and chapel which is super convenient for my mother in law using a walker. They have 3 meals a day which they say is usually pretty good and they have no complaints. They were paired with another couple to dine with being new and that has made for good conversation at meal time. I’m grateful we found this place with the excellent nursing staff and aides. We visit our family often and all the time the place is clean and staff welcomes us with smiles. Also convenient to doctors, hospitals and shopping. We recommend anyone looking for assisted living services to check West Shores out.
