My grandma is currently living here. They have an amazing staff!! Love this facility so much!

My mom is here and she’s happy and loves her apartment. Her trash is picked up daily and her laundry is done weekly. She also looks forward to her meals.

This facility had a 93 year old man forced into his home by his family through power of attorney. The family warned this place that he can no longer be trusted on his own. He had advance mental impairments such as but not limited to: Alzheimer’s, Dementia, hallucinations and failing eye sight. Despite everyone agreeing he needed to be watched and not even have control over his bank accounts he was helped in/ not prevented from getting in a 3 quarter ton truck as he waved goodbye to staff and despite all of his impairments not a single person worried about his life or others. As you can probably guess he made it down the road before going over 60mph through a red light and smashing into a family driving a mustang. When confronted with the accident this facility deleted their Facebook, and immediately hid behind their money. When asked about the family that was injured due to their near fatal decision they simply replied it doesn’t matter if he kills or hurts someone not our problem. He can drive again tonight if he wants. Despite them doing an evaluation and deeming him not fit to be on his own he’s helped into a truck and not stopped while he goes drives alone hallucinating the whole way to the crash site

Another sad call from my mom. Last week no hot water, this week food is horrible as per usual, Quinton was a good cook, he left after days. Trash hasn't been emptied all week. I wonder if she'll get a shower this weekend. This breaks my heart.💔
