WESTBROOK CARE CENTER

My husband found Westbrook when we were looking for a place for my Aunt to stay. Steve and April were amazing to talk to they made us feel so welcome and they put my mind at ease knowing my aunt would be well taken care of. My aunt has met many new friends and she enjoys all the activities and the church services. Thank you so much for all you do. All the employees are so friendly and kind! Thanks again for all you do!

The ownership and management/staff of Westbrook Care Center have been exceptional during the 18 months that my mother has been a resident. Professional, caring, responsive - this provides only a short list of the characteristics they have consistently demonstrated. The facility is conveniently located, clean, pleasant in all respects, and provides a safe, dependable environment for loved ones to reside independently or to receive higher levels of care if required.

It was so hard to find a good assisted living community for my dad. But four years ago we found this little gem nestled in Kearney, Missouri. We moved him to Westbrook Care Center and everyone in our family, especially our dad, is so happy we did! Westbrook has an extraordinarily low turn over of staff (which says something right there, and wasn't true at the newer place he lived three years previously, where it seemed they didn't have any experience working with older people - it was so stressful for my dad and our family). Westbrook staff have been great at collaborating with us to ensure my dad's needs are always a top priority and make it a practice of going above and beyond what is expected on a regular basis. And probably the primary reason they are such a great place for seniors to live is because the owners also work on site and get to know, and truly care about residents and their families. I can't imagine a better place than Westbrook for my dad to live. And to make it an even better value, the cost is extremely competitive. I can't thank them enough for all they do each and every day to care of my dad and all the other people in their care and wish I could give them more than five stars!

The staff at Westbrook has taken care of my Mom through some of her toughest times in life. They did so with kindness and compassion always with her best interest in mind. The facility is well maintained and the food is good. We love Westbrook.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The staff at Westbrook has treated my mother with respect, and shown an atmosphere of family. They keep me advised of her health, mental and emotional well being and share her accomplishments. The facility is clean and smells nice. I am always welcome there when visiting. The staff treats me as well as my mother with my peace of mind being important to them. If you're considering a location for you're loved one, this is it.
