Visited a friend who moved there. I loved everything about it! The apartments are decent sized and there's a delicious variety of food at the onsite restaurants. They have a library, exercise room, small thrift store, a movie theater, a puzzle nook, small beauty salon, a convenience store, and plenty of sitting areas. The staff are very friendly and the residents all seem happy! One wing had a very cozy homey feel while the other one is more upscale and bougie. Either way you'll be we cared for.

Our mother has been at The Westbury, in Assisted Living, for a little over two years now. We have nothing but praise and gratitude for the team on the Assisted living side. Sihreta, Wellness Director, is incredible. Her attention to the smallest of details is second to none. She truly makes the resident, and their family feel heard and understood She knows everyone by first name, their family members, grandkids, favorite food, favorite activity, even notices when a resident has a change in daily routine, you name it! There has not been a request or concern that we have brought to her attention that has not been regarded with promptness, care and respect. Everyone from Admin, to care partners, front desk, to the culinary team are just absolutely wonderful. We had some concerns over our mom's dietary needs. The culinary team and servers have gone above and beyond helping our mom make the best choices for her. The care team does a wonderful job of actively communicating concerns and/or making suggestions on how to support your loved one. We are so thankful to everyone at the Westbury for their kindness, compassion and professionalism.

Sihreta, Amy, Debbie and all personnel are absolutely the finest professionals available and have treated my wife and me wonderfully. The abundance of kindness and competent professional care doesn’t get any better.

My mother recently moved to an independent living apartment at The Westbury in Columbia, MO. From the very first visit through move-in and getting her settled, it has exceeded our expectations. The staff genuinely care about the residents and love what they do. The amenities are great, including the food, social activities, maintenance, grounds and services. The residents are very welcoming and positive about their experiences living there. We couldn’t be more pleased. It is opening up a new chapter for my mom, and providing supports that are really valuable at this time of her life. Thank you to everyone at Westbury.

My mother has been a resident of Westbury Senior Living’s Assisted Living unit for more than two and half years. She first came to the facility when early dementia made it unsafe for her to continue living independently. During her time at Westbury, she has received excellent care, and she expresses positive feelings about the facility, staff, activities, and meals. As her dementia has progressed, the wellness and support staff has been proactive in identifying her changing needs and reaching out to our family. We have worked closely and regularly with Sihreta Jones (Westbury’s Director of Wellness) and value her honest and thoughtful guidance on how best to help my mother be happy and healthy. We also appreciate how Amy Byergo (Westbury’s Regional Executive Director) has been able to sort out and resolve long term care insurance paperwork filing issues and make that process seamless for the family.
