Westerville Senior Living is a wonderful facility that truly feels like home to residents and family members alike. We first moved Mom into assisted living in January after a stint in the hospital let us know she couldn’t live alone anymore. The care and compassion of the staff is unbelievable. The nursing staff, therapy staff, dining room servers, housekeepers, front desk, and administrative staff are exceptional. Katie, the executive director is the kindest, most caring and understanding individual I have ever met. Sly, the head of maintenance has gone out of his way to help in every way possible. After some improvements in Mom’s condition, she wanted to give Independent living a try. While the time there was short lived, everyone was so helpful and accommodating in getting Mom moved back to assisted living. She feels safer and is much happier to be back “home” where she knows she can always count on the staff to assist her. They are truly loving and caring and tend to her needs with gentleness and grace. As her daughter, I know that Mom is in great hands and I can sleep better at night. I definitely recommend WSL! The residents are friendly, happy, and have so much to do. There are so many activities and the atmosphere is so upbeat and positive. My family and I appreciate WSL so much!

Westerville Senior Living is thorough and communicative with my mom's care. The building is always clean, the staff is friendly from the front desk to housekeeping and resident assistants, and the maintenance team puts residents first. Mom enjoys the meals and social opportunities, and I'm grateful she is always safe and happy here. Pricing is also fair compared to other options in the area.
