WEXFORD PLACE ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY SUPPORT BY SENIOR STAR

Mom and Dad came to Wexford in 2018; Dad passed a year later and Mom left the community in 2026 to get more assistance with daily living. Mom could not have been in any safer place or well cared for than Wexford during covid. Wexford is a community that "has a heart." It offers 'community' to those who want to be active and involved with their peers. They are flexible and very responsive to each person's needs. Can't overstate how much we appreciate Wexford and the service they gave my folks.

Our mother lived at Wexford Place for 8 months prior to her passing. The staff members were very attentive and kind. The facilities were kept clean. She was given a variety of meal options. Our mother had a dog and was very happy she was able to keep her companion with her. The staff helped to ensure she was given many opportunities to socialize and mom made many friendships with other residents. We would highly recommend Wexford Place for other loved ones.

You know at first this place is very welcoming, they may even be more than welcoming when you come to check the place out or even visit. But what they aren't? Very professional. I was walking to visit a family member and as I'm walking by an employee she's talking about how another employee does nothing right and was laughing about it, and as I glance over she puts her hand to cover her mouth and tries to stop. As there's another employee walking down the hall almost in tears.Is that how our family members are treated here!? Anyone with family here I would recommend checking on them and would see if Felicia is the one assisting them because your family might be the next thing she's laughing at.

My parents are entering their second month in independent living at Wexford, and I couldn't think of a better place for them. From the first visit, I was impressed by how calm and happy everyone in the place is--staff and residents alike. Every time I visit, the place is spotless. Whoever is in charge of programming the activities does an amazing job. I appreciate access to the Sagely app for an extra layer of comfort. The folks at Wexford go above and beyond for the residents.

We are still in the beginning stages of managing my sister's care long distance at Wexford. I am very impressed with the staff whom I did meet when I was there for several weeks as my sister was adjusting. I'm afraid if I start naming names , I may overlook someone. The comprehensive services of Interim in house home care makes a big difference for our family to know that our relative is checked on regularly. I am glad that we decided to sign up for the maximum per month services before I had to return to our home in Colorado. It is a big comfort to know that the staff are friendly and open to discussing her needs with the several close local friends who are able to check in with my sister regularly. They, too, are learning how best to navigate the available resources at Wexford on my sister's behalf in ways that work for the staff as well as for my sister. I am impressed with the patience and kindness with which our family and friends have been met as we make this huge adjustment. A number of staff members demonstrate exceptional skill in dealing with severely memory impaired persons with humor as well as coming up with practical solutions.
