White Oak Estates

This is the type of place you put your parents in because you hate them. The staff are great, however the owner lacks people skills. If you want a nice looking entry, nice rooms, save a buck or 2, rodents, and continue to not have a ounce of love for your loved ones, this is the place to put them.

So many reasons for the 1 star and it all comes back to the owner Claurice.

I recently moved my Mother from another assisted living to White Oak Estates. All of the White Oak Estates personnel are caring, consistent and dependable. They are treating Mom the same way that I would if I could be there all day. The activities director makes sure the residents are aware of the exercise classes in the morning and the entertainment each afternoon. The cafeteria is within close proximity to all the residents. Mom has been welcomed into a new community that has brought new vitality to her spirit!
