My mom lived there 3 months. They gave her another residents meds which made her have to be rushed to the hospital. They lied about what occured and tried to downplay the severity. She still hasn't recovered completely. I also found out when she didn't have any refills to her meds they just quit giving her them. It was 5 medications including dementia and thyroid meds. I told them at move in she needed to see their dr because she would need refills the next month. They said okay. She never saw him the whole time she was there. They also wouldn't fix her broken blinds even after multiple requests. There are roaches in the kitchen. After being released from the hospital she never went back.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother was at this facility for one month and that’s all we could take. Food is terrible yes she lost weight. What finally broke the straw was they allowed her to run out of her heart medication and did not contact her emergency contacts. When she told us she wasn’t getting her medicine we took her from the facility. By that time it was very apparent that she was going into heart failure. We are very upset and dissatisfied with her care and hope that the other patients are not going thru this.

New here but they are attentive to my needs.

Willow Creek has been given a new look and is renovated on the inside. The Regional Administrator loves the elderly and takes very good care of them. I have personally witnessed her go to the ER with a resident when the family wasn't available and sit with him all night to be sure he wasn't alone.
