Choosing the right senior living community is a huge decision, but Matt and his team at Willow Falls make it feel like the easiest one in the world. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can tell that Matt (the Executive Director) truly sets the tone for the entire building. It’s rare to find a director who is so hands-on and genuinely invested in the day-to-day lives of the residents. He isn't just a face in an office; he’s out in the halls, greeting people by name and ensuring everything is running smoothly

A great place for seniors. Our company (A Clean Start) has moved many families into Willow Falls including some very good fiends of ours. The staff is top notch and very friendly. We always look forward to bringing new residents there. Keep it up WF!

We were looking for a place for a relative in Willow Falls Senior Assisted Living. The front of the property is nice, but if you walk around to see what other amenities are outside it's very disappointing how UN-KEPT the grounds are. There is a pond and another water feature., but the place is so overgrown like no one ever bothers. Please see enclosed photos. These were taken when the weather was still beautiful. You need to see how awful your representation of the back of the property looks. Only thing done were some trees were cut down but no one came back to finish the clean up 😞

I can't say enough on how wonderful this place is! The staff are very friendly, helpful, caring, and take great care of the residents. They have daily activities for Assisted living and Memory Care and make sure everyone is having a good time and cared for. Monthly Birthday Celebrations, Ice cream socials, Entertainment, are just a few things that happen at Willow Falls. I highly recommend for anyone looking for assisted living and memory care. My Mom is in Memory Care and the staff are wonderful with her and all the residents.

The DON and care staff go above and beyond to ensure that every resident is treated with genuine compassion, respect, and professionalism. It’s clear that the team at Willow Falls truly cares about the people they serve. The atmosphere is positive, the residents are well cared for, and families can rest easy knowing their loved ones are in capable, caring hands.
