Patricia Sitter (mom) Has been at Willow Springs for five years My husband and I travel a lot ,weeks at a time. We never have a concern about Mom‘s care. It is so reassuring to be able to go in there and find that Ranisha is available to answer your questions An especially nice that she’s been there for us the last five years. She takes the time and interest to get to know every resident and their needs. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Jackie and the other cooks put extra efforts in accommodating her preferences of her meals. The facility is always so nice and clean and Beverly decorates for the holiday so beautifully. I’ve never seen anything like it anywhere. The activities and family gatherings are extra special because you get to meet other residences and their families. The medical staff is very attentive and truly cares. The entire staff goes above and beyond to care for mom. I have recommended Willow Springs to many people and encourage them to consider placing their loved one there. As a Hospice nurse, my experience with the staff at Willow Springs has been top tier. Amanda, Elissa and all the staff are wonderful and care deeply for their patients. I would trust this staff to care for my parents if needed. Highly highly recommend!!

While my mother no longer is a resident of Willow Springs, she was there for just over a year and we were very happy with this assisted living facility. Ranesha and her staff were always very helpful whenever my mom had any issues. As her daughter, they were always great at keeping me notified if they ever had concerns they needed to share with me. The nurses always took great care of her and kept me up to date with how my mom was doing. They have a full calendar of great daily activities and also events they hold throughout the year. The location is very peaceful and quiet and was thankful that my mother had a safe and lovely place to live.

For anyone needing care for an aging family member, Willow Springs is the best possible choice. The staff from administration, nursing, health care assistants, activities director, housekeeping and dining, were caring, loving and attentive to mom's needs and always available to answer any questions or concerns. In the year mom was in their care, she was happy, loved and engaged in the many activities they provided. In all of my time visiting mom I never heard anyone, resident or staff, speak in a raised voice or harsh tone. The sounds that greeted me were those of laughter and friendly conversation. Thanks again for the love and care mom received.
